This book teaches piano through therapeutic stories designed around children’s emotional experiences. It serves as a supplementary resource for beginner piano students aged 6–9.
The stories explore themes such as fear of failure, perfectionism, lack of confidence, avoidance of effort, and emotional awareness. Through these narratives, students are encouraged to recognize and express their inner experiences through music.
Musical elements such as tempo, dynamics, articulation, and rhythm are made more accessible through storytelling. The method is based on academic research demonstrating the positive effects of therapeutic storytelling on piano learning.
